Solving client tension on a team that needed a leader.

The marketing team on Rocket Homes was stuck in the pace of generating repetitive content month after month. I reenergized the team by introducing user-focused thinking, collaboration, and fearless leadership presenting to the president of Rocket Homes (some team members didn’t think he’d bite 😬).
